Making money with resale rights
Today, I'm going to teach you how to
optimize your profit if you want to make
money from resale rights.
First of all, buying resale rights to sell
is definitely a superb strategy to make
quick income. If you read the third tip
explained in this blog, you'll see how it
can generate profit for you long-term.
First tip -- You need to act fast. You see, all
resale rights product have a standard 'life-span'.
If it's not being materialize, it'll 'die'.
Assuming the resale rights owner did not
set the minimum selling price, it's just a matter
of time before the price starts to drop. A
"suggested price" doesn't enforce that the
resale right owner MUST sell at that price. So,
be careful when you're reading the terms
and conditions.
If you hold on it ... the value will decrease.
This is not buying a stock or real estate that the
price can appreciate over time. It'll normally
depreciate unless the resale right owner
enforces a minimal selling price.
Next ...
Check the quality.
I don't know about you -- But I've bought a
package of 20 to 50 products including resale rights
before for $47 only. Then when I see the product,
it's shocking. It's shocking how it is possible
for the resale rights owner to sell it separately
for the suggested price of $47 when the quality
is NOT up to the standard or loosely coined terms and
conditions. For instance, how can you sell a
product if the terms and conditions said it can
be given away for free?
You can argue with you that it's possible. But
would you think it'll be much more easier to sell
if the product is not allowed to given away for free?
Obviously, the only way to find out the quality
is to BUY the product for personal use first.
But if you're short of cash, judging the quality
of the resale rights product by the credibility
and image of the product creator will be helpful.
Finally ... Use it as back-end. Don't sell it upfront.
Let's say, you have a product about 'online dating'
and currently selling it online. So after your
customer have bought your product, what's next?
You should be offering more products for
your customers to buy! Yes, your customer do
not like to be sold … but they like to buy if
you're adding value to them by recommending
useful products. The statement above have the
same meaning but it's being presented in a
totally different angle.
This is a powerful tactic because it's totally
on auto-pilot! You can recommend the resale rights
product that you're selling to your customer
in the autoresponder that is set for customers-only.
Set it up once and leave it there.
One more thing -- if you're allowed to use the
product as a bonus to your existing other
products, that would be fantastic because you'll
be able to make the resale right product unique now.
Making it unique will give you the edge to beat
other resale rights owners.
